We are seeking an execution-obsessed commercial operator to lead Byldora from validated MVP (3 active construction jobsites) into the definitive construction intelligence platform across North Africa and Southern Europe.

Fully operational mobile site telemetry app, contractor dashboard, QR material tracking workflow, initial pilot contracts with 8 general contractors.
What the Operator Owns
Commercial enterprise sales with Tier-1 general contractors, regional hiring of site onboarding engineers, operational P&L, and investor fundraising alongside studio leadership.
Ideal Profile
Prior entrepreneurial leadership or 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales in construction, proptech, or industrial supply. Deep commercial drive and ability to navigate boardrooms and dusty construction trailers with equal authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale enterprise pilot relationships into paid multi-year contractor agreements
- Lead product roadmap prioritization alongside EM300 technical architects
- Recruit and manage field onboarding leads across Casablanca, Tangier, and Madrid
- Co-lead institutional Series Seed fundraising with EM300 Operating Partners
